We’d love to show you our gym, have you meet us and experience our own unique style of CrossFit! We want you to love where you work out, so we offer a free trial so you can know whether we are a good fit for you (we’re pretty sure we are!)
Sign-up for a class and come on by – we can’t wait to meet you!
Take our Foundations Course!
If you have no previous CrossFit experience, we want to make sure you are safe, so we will go through the key movements with you to make sure you understand them before actually using them in a class.
Become a Member!
Pick a class time that works for you and come get started. The sooner you start the sooner you’ll begin to see results!
CrossFit Brit membership is NOT priced in the same way a regular large chain gym is. We want our members to come regularly to our gym so we do not have thousands of members paying for something they rarely use.
Our coaching will develop you into a better version of yourself, making life more worthwhile and making you a better all round athlete. We use proven Strength and Conditioning principals and the CrossFit method from highly qualified and experienced coaches with far more than just a simple weekend qualification. You are constantly coached and trained. This format has a value and although you will typically be in a class setting you should view your CrossFit Brit membership and the associated membership fees as more like personal training.
