Spend no more than 30 mins working on the Handstand Hold.

Progressions include:

  • Overhead Plate Holds
  • Assisted Wall Kick Up
  • Unassisted Wall Kickup
  • Kick Up and Hold -timed- Can you hit 2 mins?
  • FreeStanding Hold & Parallette Freestanding Hold. Can you hit 30 sec or more?

Complete the following for time:

  • 200m Farmers Carry (2x50lbs/20x 35lbs)
  • 50 Pushups
  • 500m Row
  • 20 Kettlebell Snatches (24kg/16kg)
  • 20 Chest to Bar Pullups
