Cheeky Front Squats
25 mins to build up to a heavy 4 rep max with the following twist…
Each rep has a second pause at the bottom corresponding to each rep
1st rep = 1 second pause
2nd rep = 2 second pause
3rd rep = 3 second pause
4th rep = 4 second pause
Pick a movement from the following list:
Wallballs (starting with 5 reps)
Strict Handstand Pushups (starting on 1 rep)
Raised Bar Pushups (starting on 5 reps)
This workout will be repeated another day soon so you will get the chance to work all 3 movements eventually.
