Complete the following for time:
Start with 40 Overhead Weighted Walking Lunges (35/15)
then 3 Rounds of the following:
7 Handstand Pushups
25 Toes to Bar
Finish with 40 Overhead Weighted Walking Lunges (35/15)
weight must be held overhead not rested on the head! Each walking lunge must have one knee touching the ground and you must stand to full extension with each step!
