Bear Complex -version 2-

Complete 5 rounds of the following:

7 Deadlifts

7 Hang power cleans

7 Front squats

7 Jerks

7 Back squats

All reps should be unbroken.

You may substitute the Hang Power Cleans and Front Squats for 7 Hang Squat Cleans.

Rest between rounds and increase the weight each round building to a heavy fifth round.

Time limit for your 5 rounds is 30 mins.
